Søger en pendler roomie der også er et katte menneske ;) I’m looking for the right person, ideally someone who needs a Copenhagen base for a few nights during the working week and has their primary home elsewhere. We would share the kitchen/living area and bathroom, while each having our own private bedroom. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Lergravsparken st. There are also two rather important permanent residents: my two cats. They are affectionate, social and very much part of the home, so I’m looking for a cat person – not just someone who “doesn’t mind cats”. Ideally, two furry roommates would be a bonus for you. I’m 36 with a multicultural background and speak Russian, Danish and English fluently, as well as some Latvian and German. I have an academic background but am currently on sick leave. I’m social, calm, curious and creative, with interests ranging from art, music and singing to psychology, design, philosophy and personal development. I enjoy both deep conversations and doing my own thing. I spend quite a lot of time at home, so I want to be transparent about that. Home is very important to me – it’s where I recharge, create and feel comfortable – so finding the right person matters much more to me than simply finding a tenant. I’m looking for someone mature, considerate and easy to communicate with. I don’t expect us to become best friends, but I also don’t want two people awkwardly avoiding each other in the kitchen. I’d like us to be able to talk naturally and figure out together what makes sharing a home comfortable for both of us – including privacy, cleaning, guests and everyday boundaries. Ideally, you have your own life and home elsewhere, appreciate a calm home, clean up after yourself, communicate openly – and genuinely love cats. Jeg lejer 2 store værelser ensuite ud i min skønne lyse lejlighed på Marstalsgade. Der er adgang til køkken med både opvaske- og vaskemaskine, samt badeværelse, tørreloft og hyggeligt gårdmiljø. De to værelser har 3 meter Ikea pax skabe, fladskærm, stort spisebord med stole samt køkkenudstyr. Jeg vil en stor del af tiden ikke være på adressen. NB. Det er ikke muligt, at få adresse ved udlejning. Indflytning 1. Oktober og min. 6 måneder. Forbrug kommer oveni husleje.
