Commuter room in a beautiful flat with garden I am renting out a room in my 75 m2 apartment in Nordvest, close to the train station Fuglebakken and 15 min walk to metro Nørrebro. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to grocery stores, nice bars and restaurants in Nørrebro and Nordvest. The room is rented out for a year, with the possibility to be extended for another year. The room is ideal for a professional who needs a calm and neat home Monday-Friday in Copenhagen and is furnished with a 120 cm wide bed, a desk and some storage. You will also have access to a light and spacious living room, a bathroom, kitchen, a cozy backyard - and our own little garden with herbs and flowers, where you can sit and relax in the sun after work. You will share the flat with me, a 43 year old worker within the field of culture. I’ll for sure love a chat over a cup of tea now and then, but there’s no expectations on you being social when home. I am often myself doing my own things in the evenings and would like to create a home where a closed door is completely normal and we both feel at ease :). I would love to hear from you if you are a tidy person, who communicates well and is a non-smoker. The rent is 4500 dkk, everything included (water, heating, WiFi, electricity).
